Given that they were only 2 legs in I wasn't sure they could have built up that much extra money so I went to a currency calculator to see what that was in dong. (Hee Hee. He said dong). Well 100 dong is about half a cent so I'm pretty sure it wasn't 100 dong. On the other hand $100 is over 1.7 million dong so that would make that bus driver a Vietnamese multi-millionaire.
